A balanced rhythm: two days at EDUCA, a Sunday for culture and conversation, a school visit on Monday, and time to bring your insights together before departure.
Arrive in Helsinki, settle into your accommodation and meet the group. Depending on arrival times, enjoy a gentle first walk, a nature visit or a museum stop.
Begin with a group orientation, then explore EDUCA in small interest-based learning groups. Follow your curiosity across teaching, family wellbeing or future learning and technology.
Continue exploring sessions and exhibitors. Rejoin your group to share discoveries and prepare a short “Three Things We Learned” reflection for the full group.
Explore central Helsinki on a guided cultural walk. Meet parents living in Finland for an informal coffee conversation about school, family life and children’s wellbeing. Finish with an optional sauna or wellbeing experience.
Subject to school confirmation, explore a real educational setting, meet school staff, learn about the learning environment and discuss student support, inclusion and school–home cooperation.
Depending on flight times, visit a public learning space such as Oodi Library, then take part in a closing reflection: one idea to take home, one new perspective and one next step.
✳The sequence and activities may be adjusted to school availability, event programme, weather and participants’ arrival/departure times. Confirmed details will be provided before booking.
Instead of moving as one large tour group, the 10 participants will form three small learning groups. Each group will use a simple mission card to guide its exploration, collect questions and share discoveries.
